I am an experienced digital, business leader with a 25-year track record in Private Equity-backed, Corporate, and Venture Capital businesses both in Europe and the US. I have experience across multiple industries, including B2B, B2C, Digital Classified, Higher Education, K12, Workplace learning, Music, Architecture and Construction and Property.
I'm a corporate lawyer by trade, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions with law firm Osborne Clarke.
I act as a Trustee on another charity and am excited to play a role with RG Foundation, mainly because it has a clear focus on minority and youth entrepreneurship. These include business angel and non-exec director for a legal tech startup up; Operating Partner for a private equity fund; Chair of a small charity for adults with learning disabilities and some teaching at Cranfield School of Management.
I have always been a great fan of Reward Gateway, and the opportunity to get involved in the RG Foundation is very exciting. I look forward to working with the rest of the Board of Trustees to help tackle some of these challenging issues.×

I'm excited about being a part of the Foundation, helping drive the company's mission in ways that we've never been able to do in the past. Being able to touch the lives of many more people, making their world better and opening the door for them to possibilities and opportunities.×
A software engineer by training and MBA drop out by choice, it took a ten-year corporate career for me to understand how employee disengagement feels. I eventually escaped and went back to my roots as an entrepreneur where I perfected the art of treating people properly to get the best out of them.
Eleven years later, Reward Gateway has 1,700 clients in 23 countries serviced by more than 375 staff in nine offices. I've sold the business to private equity twice, finally stepping down as CEO in 2017 to focus on sharing what I'd learned about people and employee engagement.
